Hint of Spice is my way of showing the world that vegetarian cooking is delicious and nutritious and moreish. Moreover, it is very easy to learn and to master, and is the gift that keeps on giving. Obviously, as an Indian, I love playing with Indian flavours and cooking Indian dishes, but I also love baking and creating fusion food combinations that combines the best of the east and the west – a glorious amalgamation of two worlds.

Some of my favourite recipes are Strawberry Meringue Cake, Mozarella Stuffed Crust Pizza and Spicy Sheperd’s Pie with Cauliflower Mash.
